This scientific research reveals and reflects educational challenges and phenomena in the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as the educational conditions in quarantine. Here it is talking about teaching and learning English as a Foreign Language. The great benefits and challenges faced by students and teachers during the educational process during the Pandemic during the years 2020-2021 are some of the research questions of this research, as well as the approval of the hypotheses during the empirical research. Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Kosovo, the government of the Republic of Kosovo has urgently instructed the implementation of distance education to save the academic year from a serious failure.
