In today's education landscape, admission criteria of various higher education institutions have evolve in order to adopt to the changing needs of the society. With a broad diversity of curricular offerings, the Bulacan State University Admission Policy set forth its own selection criteria for aspiring BulSUans. Correspondingly, this study was aimed to value the various factors of Bulacan State University Admission Policy that affects the selection of applicants and the list of qualifiers. The data from this study suggests that the three moderately crucial of the selection criteria presented was disability, ethnicity and solo parent. Analysis agrees that these three being moderately crucial was also supported by Commission on Higher Education (CHED) memorandum orders and government programs. However, the other remaining four selection criteria’s have been also agreed to be moderately crucial. Although the selection criteria’s for the selection of BulSU applicants have been successfully described and agreed, and same goes with the evaluation criteria that was agreed to be already established by the BulSU Admission Office, the responses for the open-ended questions should be taken into account, since, this serve as grounds or evidences that challenges are still present and are being encountered by the University Admission Office in particular and the University in general in the processing and selection of qualifiers.
