Andrés A. Osorio-Londoño: He is a consultant in human resource management. He has consulted Colombian and foreign companies with more than 10.000 employees. PhD in industry and organizations from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. His research interests include training effectiveness, human capital, and impact of human resource practices on firm performance. He has published his research in Human Resource Development Quarterly and Journal of Information and Knowledge Management. He is an Associate Professor in strategic human resource management at Universidad de Manizales, in Colombia.
