These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Eliva Books’s Website, located at www.elivabooks.com and govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and Eliva Books(Eliva Books is bookstore of ELIVA PRESS SRL Registration No. 1020600000328) (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’. By confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions are important to you and Eliva Books as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms andconditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times mayvary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure forwhich we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with https://www.elivabooks.com/ you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit ordebit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. https://www.elivabooks.com/ retains the right to refuse any request madeby you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that alldetails you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit cardused to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Payment
Eliva Books currently offers 2 ways to pay for your order, credit/debit card(Visa,Master,Paynet) or bank transfer.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The maximum delivery period should not exceed 30 days from the moment when the order was paid.
Eliva Books does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot,however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by athird-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event whereyou do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take severaldays upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery willtake place.
Right of Return
Eliva Books will receive and solve any claims from its customers in a period that should not exceed 14 days from the moment when the customers notified Eliva Books about the non-conformity of the ordered product. In case of reimbursement, the customers will be reimbursed in the same day when the non-conform product will be received by Eliva Books, via the same payment method as was used initially. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that arereturned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its originalpackaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
For reimbursements
If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remediesin any other situation where you breach these conditions.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and allpreceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.elivabooks.com. Any waiver of anyprovision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of www.elivabooks.com.
Feedback & Comments
Any opinions left on the Website by Eliva Books customers are screened and moderated by Eliva Books. If thecomments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of contextcommentary…), Eliva Books reserves the right to refuse or modify it.
