Salam

Dr. SALAM KAREEM is a Sport Program Specialist in the Ministry of Education in UAE with over 19 years of experience in the Educational Sport Sector, and as a Swimmer, Dr. Salam focuses on his passion in Swimming.
Dr. Salam Authored his first book (Swimming) in 2015, and he did Author many books about the Swimming (86 games to teach the swimming – Swimming in Olympic Games ..etc.).
In 1999, he got his master’s degree from the University of Baghdad, after he finished his dissertation (Contextual interference learning and its effect on learning two swimming styles), and then he accomplished his Ph. D. degree from Lipetsk State Pedagogical University in 2017.
Dr. Salam is the first Arabic speaker who got the International Instructor Certificate from ASCA, and he became a speaker and instructor on behalf of them in 2018. Moreover, he is the first Arabic speaker who got the International Instructor Certificate from Swim England to be a Swimming teachers’ trainer in 2000.  
He is the founder of the kids U10 years old competition strategy, where the swimmers’ performance evaluated by their technique instead of their time.
Dr. Salam is the founder of The Swimming Teaching Tools Pyramid in 2019, which is won the best paper award in the International Sport & Pedagogy Conference in Melbourne 2000.
He has many articles and researches about the Swimming as a Science and sport, which are published in many International Sports Magazines.
