Mugo Muriithi is a Deputy Registrar, Administration and Human Capital at Laikipia University, Kenya. He holds a PhD in Business Management (Strategic Management) from Moi University where his research focused on reward strategy, organizational commitment, employee empowerment and employee performance. He has a master's degree in human resource management from the Kenya Methodist University. He is a Certified Secretary holding membership in the Institute of Certified Secretaries, Kenya as well as the Institute of Human Resource Management. He is a human resource practitioner with over 30 years of experience in Administration and Human Resource Management in both the public and private sector. Additionally, he is a Certified Professional Mediator, Eckerd College Mediation Training Institute, USA. He has been accrediated by the Mediation Accreditation Committee of the Kenyan Judiciary.
