G.V.Mahesh Nath is a Research Scholar, Faculty of Law, Telangana University, India. He holds a Masters Degree in Constitutional Law, Masters Degree in Science (Psychology) and Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. The author as  a Research Scholar published many  Research Articles in various  International eJournals. 

    The author is working as a Judge, Telangana Judicial Services, India and has distinction of being awarded with the Justice T.H.B. Chalapathi Memorial Gold and Silver Medals by Hon’ble High Court for the best writings on contemporary legal issues. His Research Paper “Judicial Accountability” is officially published by Hon’ble High Court. Before entering the Judicial Service, the author was a practicing Lawyer and as Consulting Editor with Amicus Books he published more than 10 Edited Books with ISBN standards on  diverse  legal subjects.
