Robert J. Martin
Dr Robert (Bob) Martin graduated from the University of Sydney with a BScAgr in 1969 and MScAgr in 1979 and a PhD from the Australian National University in 1982. Bob was a weed research agronomist with the NSW Department of Agriculture from 1971 to 1989 and Principal Officer, Weed Science with the Western Australian Department of Agriculture from 1989 to 1992. Subsequently Bob took a leadership role in Agricultural Systems with NSW DPI and was Director of the Primary Industries Innovation Centre, the University of New England from 2007 to 2011. Bob has worked in Cambodia as a Weed Scientist and Agricultural Consultant since 2002.
