Maria Candelaria Baumann received a Bachelor of Laws degree from National University of Litoral (Argentina). Currently is a Constitutional Law and Human Rights professor at this Academy. She holds a Diploma in Public Policy from Austral University and is currently working on a master's thesis in development and public policy, Baumann is a PhD in Law candidate at National University of Rosario.
