Dajiang Wang has been working in Research Institute of Pomology of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences since 2011. He mainly engaged in the research of Malus Germplasm Resources, focusing on the collection and preservation of Malus Germplasm Resources, identification and evaluation of polyphenols and aroma substances and related gene mining, apple rootstock germplasm innovation and mining utilization. He has presided over the 6 national, provincial or ministerial level and other research projects, as the main implementer to participate in the 17 provincial or ministerial research projects. He has published 61 papers and five co-edited books.
