Dr. Lakshmana Rao holds the position of Assistant Professor at the School of Energy Technology in Pandit Deendayal Energy University Gandhinagar India, since 2019. He obtained M. Tech and Ph. D. Degrees from IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal, in 2007 and 2015, respectively. Since 2001, holding various positions from Lecturer to Associate Professor, he has established various laboratories of Chemical Engineering and Petrochemical Engineering besides establishing a Petroleum Engineering Department at various reputed institutions of Engineering and Technology in different States.
He has expertise in analyzing Molecular and Structural characterization of solid catalysts and in qualitative and quantitative estimation of composition of liquid and gaseous products using GLC,GC , HPLC, etc. He has 10 research papers in peer reviewed international journals and two are under review.
