Sidi Mohammed El Amine Debbal: received the engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Science and Technology, Oran, Algeria in 1981. He received the diploma of doctorate in processing signal from Aboubekr Belkaid University, Tlemcen, Algeria in 2004. Professor en 2009.  Since 2002, he has been working as research member, involved an many research and developmental work in co-operation with medical professionals, at the university Hospital in Tlemcen, Algeria. His current research interest includes instrumentation, sensors and biomedical signal processing and   particular in time-frequency phonocardiogram analysis
