Electrical Engeneer by Federal University of Pernambuco (2011) and Master in Energy Technologies by University of Pernambuco (2014), hold a PhD in Economics from UFPE (2021). Has experience in Energy Generation and Energy Trading, was responsible for the operation of more than 400 agents in the Brazil Free Energy Market. He is certified by USP/FDTE as "Operator of the Energy Market" and was a speaker at Gas Summit Latin America 2012 (RJ).
