Connor D.

Connor David Hicks was born in Roanoke, Virginia and is now a proud West Virginian. He received his degree from the Reed College of Media at West Virginia University in 2018 before attending law school at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. He currently serves as the term law clerk for Judge David L. Bissett of the Northern District of West Virginia Bankruptcy Court and lives within a mile of the Ohio River in Wheeling, West Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys Mountaineer sports and traveling the Appalachian region.
