Dr. JS Camara is the Chief Director of the Philippine Association of Research Practitioners, Educators, and Statistical Software Users (PARESSU), Inc, a duly registered national research organization in the Philippines that aims, among others, to empower young researchers to become adept with the processes of research. He has published published books in Biology, Cytogenetics, Environmental Science, and Research. His more than 30 academic publications in internationally-refereed journals have been cited more than a hundred times, including his works published in journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. Dr. CT Tabisola is the Planning Officer of the PSU Lingayen Campus. As part of his functions, he prepares all strategic plans of the campus to reach institutional targets. Dr Camara and Dr Tabisola have taught in master's and doctorate classes at the PSU Open University Sysytems.
