Jiri Plihal
Dr Jiri Plihal: He is engaged in developing electronics systems at the Czech Academy of Sciences, Institute of Information Theory and Automation as project manager. He completed his doctoral studies at the Technical University of Brno, Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1998. He has participated in and led numerous national/European R&D projects.
