Atty. James M. Violon, based in the Philippines, holds a BA in Political Science with Latin Honors from Central Mindanao University and an MA in History from Mindanao State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Bukidnon State University and a Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Management from Liceo de Cagayan University. Currently an Executive Assistant at Central Mindanao University, he is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of the Philippines-Diliman College of Law.
