Tolkin

The author, Tolkin Kholbazarov is a young international lawyer from Uzbekistan. The author’s alma mater is the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Uzbekistan.  The author is experienced in international commercial law, in domestic justice and other fields of law and works with various problems of actuality and has wide competences, knowing several languages and having adequate knowledge of all law subjects, particularly those of Uzbekistan.
