Andrianady Ravahiny Josué was born in Antananarivo, Madagascar,holds a Master's degree in Macroeconomics and Public Economy (2016). He began as an econolist at the ministry of economy and Planning in 2016. He later specialiezd at the national Institute of Bank and Management in India.He excelled, becoming Head of the Research Economics department in 2019 till now. His research in econometrics enriched macroeconomic theory for his country.
