Dr. Hridoy Ranjan Bairagya is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Bioinformatics, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur in the area of Engineering Biotechnology (Bioinformatics). He has postdoctoral research experience from the Indian Institute of Science-Bangalore, University of Cambridge (UK), and All India Institute of Medical Sciences-New Delhi. He has been involved in several high-caliber research projects on human CML cancerous protein and so far he also produced several research articles in this area. He also designed different inhibitors for CML cancerous protein by employing novel computational tools and techniques. He has expertise in the field of Structural Bioinformatics, Computational Drug Discovery, Computational Biophysics, and Computational Chemistry.
