Izzaty Ningsheh Md Shahri is a second year PhD candidate at Universiti Teknologi Brunei, under the supervision of Senior Assistant Professor Dr Junaid M Shaikh. This book is based on herMaster thesis work which title is "TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL: A CASE OF DISABILITIES'. She holds a Master of Science (by Coursework) in Management and Technology. Her master research is focused on the development of people with disabilities in Brunei and for her doctoral research is focusing on tourism development in Brunei.
