Born in Sulat, Eastern Samar. Took Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and graduated in 2011. Currently finishing his Doctor of Arts in Language Teaching at Leyte Normal University. Now a Senior High School teacher handling English and Research subjects. Has published research ion language teaching, journalism, and pedagogical innovations. Has been awarded many times for his outstanding performance in teaching from school to district, division up to the regional level.
