Boris Happy Odalonu is a Ph.D candidate and a lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu State, Nigeria. He holds M.Sc. in Political Science/Public Administration, B.Sc.(Ed) in Political Science and Public Administration and Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. His research interests are in the field of administration, public policy, good governance, conflict analysis, peace building, gender issues and development.
