Paul Juinn

 In 1986, Paul Juinn Bing Tan attended Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma, U.S.A. to study Psychology. He then went on to earn his masters of education in teaching English as Second Language and Counseling at Oklahoma, U.S.A in 1991. In 1994, he decided to further his education after Mikhail Gorbachev visited in Taiwan, so he attended Moscow State Pedagogical University. In 1997, he received his doctorate degree in the faculty of Pedagogic. Paul Juinn Bing Tan joined NPU (National Penghu University of Science and Technology) in August 2000. Prior to attending Moscow State Pedagogical University, he was an Associate Professor at the Institute of Education, Moscow State Pedagogical University (Russia) where he taught English, Chinese and Psychology. He received the Excellence in Teaching Commendation in 1997 from Russian Federation. Paul Juinn Bing Tan has performed counselor consultation.
