Dr. Luis Bello is a distinguished educator and scholar with over 35 years of experience in teaching and advancing Chemical Education. His career spans secondary and postsecondary education, where he has not only imparted knowledge but also mentored future scientists, educators, and professionals. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Education (1982) and a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Chemical Education (1993), both from Universidad de Oriente.
