Emmanuel Obiano
Dr. Emmanuel Chukwuma Obiano holds a PhD in Environmental Health Science; PhD in Public Administration; Fellowships of both the West African Postgraduate College of Environmental Health and the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria. He is a Senior Lecturer at Taraba State University. Dr. Obiano has credit to 3 books; 26 journal articles, 5 conference papers and 17 public lectures. Dr. Obiano worked for 35 years in the Local Government Service of Anambra State.
