Dr Rashri Baboolal-Frank (LLB (UKZN), LLM (UCT), LLD (UP), MBA (USW, UK) is a practicing advocate and a senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in the Department of Procedural Law. She has published widely both nationally and internationally including book chapters, articles, commentary, and national reporting scholarly work. Dr Baboolal-Frank is a certified ADR practitioner for the panel of Commercial and Generalist panel for the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. She is also a member of the International Association for Procedural lawyers. She is an inquiry board member for the South African Veterinary Council and a practicing member of the Legal Practice Council.
