Anastasiya

Anastasiya Bobyleva is a lawyer, mediator, and researcher of law in the field of relations between law and technology, intellectual property law. She obtained LL.M in European Law, Law and Technology (Utrecht University, Netherlands), and a Specialist degree in Law (Novosibirsk State University, Russia). Also, she is a member of the legal research group (ELSA) on the impact of technology on human rights ('Live facial recognition technology: Legal issues in the context of EU law enforcement from a fundamental rights perspective’). Participated in legislative activities - made a draft of the reform bill regarding changes in the Russian Forest Code and the Consumer Cooperation Act, which were considered by the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
