Professor José Martins has a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering,  from IST. He has worked at  Alcatel-Lucent and Visteon. He is a Invited Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, and also in Polytechnic Institute of Lusofonia. Professor Luís Pires has Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from IST and Specialist in Telecommunications from IPL. He is a full-time Adjunct Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Lusofonia and Invited Professor at ISEL.
