Amira Al Shabibi is a researcher worked as the head of research unit at the Specialised Institute for Professional Training of Teachers, Ministry of Education, Oman. She holds a PhD in TESOL from the University of Leeds, UK. In the educational research field, Al Shabibi has focused on the impact of in-service training on the professional development of teachers, teachers digital competences and the status of novice teachers.
