JOSE ENRIQUE DE LA RUBIA ORTÍ
PhD in Pharmacy and International Master in Parasitic Tropical Diseases from the University of Valencia (UV), he is currently Professor of Physiopathology and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics) at the Catholic University of Valencia (UCV). In terms of research, he is the principal investigator of the “stress and disease” group, having published up to 181 scientific publication . He has won numerous international awards.
