Dr. Roshanna Mitchell is a financial aid professional with over 20 years of higher education experience in both two-year and four-year public and private institutions. She currently serves the Associate Director of Compliance and Scholarships at the University of Houston-Downtown. Dr. Mitchell holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown, a MS in Leadership, and a Ed.D in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Organizational Development from Grand Canyon University.
