Tom Boakai

My name is Tom Boakai TOMBEKAI, I serve as Trade and Intellectual Property Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry providing legal and technical policy analysis to the Deputy and Assistant Ministers of Trade Services on Intellectual Property and International Trade issues. I work in collaboration with the Minister of Commerce and Industry IP Advisor, the Liberia Intellectual Property Office, the Ministry of Justice, and private sector stakeholders in addressing IP protection, development and promotion subject matter and lead the Ministry of Commerce and Industry activities on Trade Related Aspect to Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS). I also serve as the Assistant Director of the Division of Price Analysis and Marketing.
I hold a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin, B.A in Political Science U. L. and B.Sc. in Management AME Zion.
