The study employed a mixed-methods research approach, specifically interviews and focus group discussions, to gather data from Filipino entrepreneurs operating in different industries in New Zealand. The research will aim to uncover the challenges and opportunities faced by these entrepreneurs when starting and running their businesses and identify the strategies they employ to achieve operational success. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the experiences of Filipino entrepreneurs in New Zealand and contribute to the development of strategies that can help future Filipino entrepreneurs succeed in the country. The proposed strategies will be based on the identified factors that contribute to operational success and will be relevant to other migrant communities looking to establish themselves in New Zealand's business landscape, providing valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders interested in supporting the growth and success of Filipino entrepreneurs in New Zealand.
