By targeting key enzymes like acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B), Mr. Olugbogi Ezekiel A. conducts a comprehensive computer-aided drug design using Schrödinger Suite software. Through docking, ADMET screening, and MM/GBSA analysis, the research identifies potent compounds, including pinoresinol, as potential neuroprotective agents. The findings highlight the therapeutic promise of B. pinnatum ligands in combating neurodegenerative disorders with minimal toxicity concerns.
