In this context, The study was conducted to identify different organizational quality management practicing levels in their willingness to adopt for Five Star - CDA Certification and how it affects on final product quality parameters with Special reference to Kurunegala District, Sri Lanka. Accordingly, A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect primary data on characteristics of oil mills and mill owners of All Small and Medium Oil millers in that area. Moisture content, Free Fatty Acids , Peroxide Value, Lovibond color, Saponification value, Iodine value, and Aflatoxin level of collected samples were measured. The results of Binary Logistics Regression Analysis exposed that there is a positive relationship between mill owner's awareness of coconut oil and practicing of quality management related practices with willingness to adopt Five - Star Certification. However, The most influencing factor for willingness to adopt Five - Star Certification Scheme is the practices related to procurement of raw materials. While concerning Chemical analysis, The most influencing factors for quality deterioration were Fatty Acid Value and Saponification value whereas moisture, peroxide value and Aflatoxin level were least affecting factors.
