Dr. M. S. FATHIMA BEGUM, Ph. D serving as the Assistant Professor of History, G.T.N Arts College ( Autonomous), Dindigul -5 from 2009. She has completed her M.A His., M.A Eng., M.A Rural Project Mangement, M.Phil., Ph.D., degrees from Madurai Kamaraj University, Gandhigram Rural University, Periyar University. She has Published more than fifty research articles in UGC CARE listed Journals, Peer Reviewed Journals like SSRN etc. She is the executive committee member of South Indian History Congress, Editorial Board Member of Tamilnadu History Congress and life member of Indian History Congress, South Indian History Congress, Tamilnadu History Congress. She got grant from UGC for Minor Research Project . she received the Best Women Educationist Excellence Award. Apart from that she has organised ICSSR, 41st Session of South Indian History Congress, Tamilnadu History Congress etc.
