The rapid growth of Electric Vehicles (EVs) has increased the demand for efficient battery management and enhanced safety systems. This project presents a Smart Battery Management and Safety System with WC Control for EVs, designed to monitor and protect battery performance while ensuring reliable vehicle operation. The system continuously measures key battery parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge to prevent overcharging, deep discharging, and thermal runaway conditions. Integrated safety features provide real-time fault detection and protective actions to improve battery lifespan and vehicle safety. The WC control mechanism further enhances operational efficiency through intelligent control and monitoring functions. The proposed system contributes to the development of safer, more reliable, and energy-efficient electric vehicles by improving battery health management and reducing maintenance requirements.
