Morley Swingle is a prosecutor in the Armed Offender Unit of the Circuit Attorney's Office in St. Louis. As both a state and federal prosecutor, he has personally prosecuted over 80 homicide cases and has tried more than 145 jury trials, some featured on Dateline, Forensic Files and Oprah.
