Mohammad Habibur Rahman, a Barrister-at-Law of the England and Wales, having a wide-ranging experience in corporate legal practice. He is a legal columnist, researcher of international human rights law & legal theory with a notable published scholarly research manuscripts in the relevant area. Currently, he is working full-time as a senior associate at a Dhaka based corporate law firm & teaching law part-time. Earlier, he completed his first LL.B. (Hons.) from BRAC University with a first class & then second Law Degree from University of London, UK with 2:1. The author finished his LL.M with Highest Distinction in Human Rights Law as an International Scholar at Cardiff University, UK. Then, he pursued his PGDL Bar Training Course at Cardiff University & finished it with Very Competent. He is also a member of the Human Rights Lawyers Association, UK & the Hon'ble Society of Lincoln's Inn.
