I. Katar has been a professor of Building Technology in the Department of Engineering Management at Prince Sultan University, KSA. He has an extended market and academic experience of 36 years in building construction. For education, he is a certified fellow of ADVANCE (formerly the Higher Education Academy-UK (HEA) since 2015. Finally, he has journal publications in sustainability, construction materials, management, and engineering education.
