Xena Dominique Ngoya

Xena Dominique NGOYA TSIMI, is a lawyer with experience in International Relations and Economic Diplomacy, having worked with Congolese diplomats and Turkish Economic Operators. Endowed with a sense of details and organization. Her interest are international Investment, African Integration, Investment Governance and International Development.
She received her LLM in International Business Law from Girne American University (Northern Cyprus) and their LLB in International and Community Studies form Marien NGOUABI University (Republic of Congo). Born in Brazzaville, Congo, Dominique speaks French and English.
