Mr. Ashok Kumar Behera submitted his Ph.D. thesis on topic entitled on “Protection of women labour – An analysis with special reference to labour legislation in India”. Before submitting Ph.D. thesis, I have also completed both Master of Journalism and Mass Communication and Master of Philosophy in Women’s Studies with the research topic on ‘Dowry death problems in India with special reference to the state of Odisha’. I have published different research articles in Indian journals in his credit. I am also practiced as Advocate in the Sessions Court since last five years. I am also a subject expert in the field of Human Rights Law, Environment Law, Law on Criminology, Law on Administrative Law and Cyber law with Digital Evidence.
