Mohammad Ruhul Amin Bhuiyan, born on December 10, 1974, in Bangladesh, holds B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics and Electronics from Rajshahi University, awarded in 1994 and 1995. He completed his Ph.D. in Experimental Physics at Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh, in 2008. Currently, he serves as a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Islamic University, Bangladesh.
