Professor Olwor Sunday Nicholas has been A Public Administrator, working with the Government of Uganda for 25 years. He underwent through administrative cadre development till he attained the Position of Under Secretary, Finance, Administration and Planning. He has handled number of assignments in his tenure as an Administrator. Key amongst those are restructuring program for the Equal Opportunities Commission, Presentation of Position Papers on Constitutional Amendment 2017 to the Parliamentary Committee of Legal Affairs and so on. He holds a PhD in Economics from ETH Zurich and JSD Degree
