Jovial

Jovial Niyogisubizo, an engineer/researcher in multidisciplinary fields, holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography with Education from the University of Rwanda. He completed a Master's in Transportation Engineering at Fujian University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses bioinformatics, big data, artificial intelligence, and educational data mining.
