João Melo e Castro holds a Master's in Public Administration (Health) from ISCSP, University of Lisbon (2021), and an Executive Master's in Health Management from CESPU (2018). Focused on Healthcare Management and Innovation, he has presented at various conferences and serves as a researcher at IPSN/CESPU’s AI and Health Research Unit. His work centers on AI, Evolutionary Intelligence, and Generative AI to improve healthcare management and delivery.
