Jean Michel BAZABA KAYILOU is a teacher researcher and trainer educator in charge of training young footballers at the Gothia Brazzaville school. He is both a man of the field (holder of a diploma of trainer federal Aice in football) and a scientist holder of a thesis in physiology of effort at the University of Abomey Calavi (Benin). He is director of research, documentation and archives at the Institut de la Jeunesse et des Sports (Republic of Congo). He has published several articles in the field of exercise physiology in international journals with impact factor.
