Ying

Ying Zhang was born in Heilongjiang Province, China. She received her bachelor's degree and master's degree from Yanshan University. Now she is studying for a doctor's degree in public administration at the School of Humanities and Law of Yanshan University. She has always been concerned about public cultural services and cultural industries, and has published papers in SCI, SSCI and CSSCI source journals.
