Monika Mulchandani is a Lawyer and this book is one of her Research works that she did as a part of the dissertation while pursuing her LLM at Queen Mary University, London. She has her roots in India and has completed her bachelors from her hometown, Nagpur (India). She has done her Masters in Corporate and Commercial law and has completed various similar certification courses. She is fond of teaching and has actively been part of vaious education campaigns. She has an inquisitive personality and takes great interest in experiencing & learning something new with each passing day.
